WWE 2K17
Crash on Create-A-Superstar
The game was running awesome, I did a 1-on-1 match and a 6-Man Armageddon HIAC and it was running flawless. Went to edit Goldberg and my game crashed. Anyone found a fix?

samething here and it's annoying af
Could anyone help me? There are random tattoos deleted from my CAW after I played My Carreer. Whenever I try to re-add them, I get stuck on an empty screen and can't return.
i got same problem says graphics device removed
Same thing is happening to me! I've played a few matches, and it's fine. However, trying to access the CAW for My Career made the game crash. The music sounds fine because I'm playing the audio via bluetooth through my speakers, but the monitor shows no signal, as if I had disconnected the HDMI cable. I couldn't go back to Windows either, so I had to restart my PC :steamsad:
I validated my game files and it works good now.
validated mine, no errors found, crashing even more frequently with the new patch........ lol
Ok, so I went to the official support website of 2K [support.2k.com] and asked for help. I tried the steps they gave me, and IT WORKED! The issue is now solved for me. Maybe you could try to do the same. Also, all files are exactly in the folders they mention. There's no need to download anything extra:

Thank you for contacting 2K Support and for your interest in WWE 2K17. I can definitely understand how encountering this type of issue might be frustrating to experience and will do my best to assist you!

Please perform each of the following, to ensure that the game and all its additionally required software are properly installed:

Verifying Game Cache
· Load Steam
· From the Library section, right-click on the game and select “Properties” from the menu
· Select the “Local files” tab and click the “Verify integrity of game cache” button
· Steam will match the local files to the cloud files, and fix any errors it encounters

Reinstalling DirectX
· In the Steam installation folder of the game you’re having trouble with, there will be typically be a DirectX setup package.
· Example file path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\WWE 2K17\ _CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010
· Find and run DXSETUP.exe
· Reboot the computer (mandatory)

Reinstalling Vcredist
· Navigate to your game’s steam folder – there will typically be a Vcredist folder.
· Example file path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\WWE 2K17\ _CommonRedist\vcredist\2012
· Find and Run vcredist_x86.exe
· Find and Run vcredist_x64.exe
· Should the files already be installed, you will be prompted to either ‘uninstall’ or ‘repair’. Choose ‘repair’.
· Reboot the computer (mandatory)

I did all steps in order. That is: I verified the game cache -> I reinstalled DirectX -> I reinstalled Vcredist (and just to make sure, I reinstalled both x86 and x64) -> I reeboted the computer.

I had this problem took my 4 restarts of my machine to finally create a custom character. Also in attire you can create 2 sets of clothing but when you try to use the second set and set the In Ring attire and enterence attire to defaul to change cloths it doesn't do it and most of the time it freezes the game and you have to do a hard boot by unpluging your computer. This game is painfull

Quick question for you guys.

Are you all playing on an iMac with bootcamp?

2K closed my ticket saying "we do not offer support for your configuration" while I am on a windows 7 os with up-to-date drivers for everything, reinstalled all the stuff they asked me to reinstall, etc...
I had the same problem! (i7 system pc with 1080 gfx card)
The first time I tried to create a career it crashed. The second time it worked fine. Sadly the career mode is so bad that you may wish it was crashing. This game suckssssssssss
