There is not enough money in it so that will never happen. Let's face it: We can be happy to get a PC port in the first place.
In theory that is something a lot of companies want to do, but it is very hard to pull off for mainly single player games. Paradox does it with their strategy games, but apart from that I don't know that many games that accomplish it.
EA could do it for Fifa and Madden as well, yet they do the "one new game per year", probably to have a nice reason to delete all the FUT content for the new version, so players have to buy everything again.
