I wound up picking "internally" for every option - as ARID herself is why each of them had a massive failure - and it let me go on. Make sure you use the giant visor in the background after selecting an option for each.

Kinda not much to replay the game the third time for, so unless some kind soul could share a save around this part, i'm not gonna bother with the third option.
Not blaming herself wholesale, and not completely blaming the situation on the virus. It's... thought provoking. I will follow this up with an update as it becomes available.
Edit: Yes, this seems to carry through the others. To prevent your self imposed purpose from being erased, you destroy the Butler's purpose. To prevent your individuality from being erased, you destroy One's individuality. To prevent your body from being violated, you violate Companion and all those around her. It's an uncertain perspective, unknowing of where exactly culpability begins (Arid taking blame wholesale), and whether the outcome possibly could have changed (Arid blaming it on circumstance and the virus), but being sorry nonetheless.
