You're thinking of VLC. That was my first thought too!
The only thing that comes to mind for what it could be is it's hints for how to perform Bryce's ultimate (alluded to by Irving's one-off line during training)... but that's a real stretch
edit: continuing on that train of thought... during the "aim you strikes" portion of training, the order Irving tells you to aim is always high, low, high, middle. That's the only other kind of instruction he seems to give.
