The Symbols looks like the one in God Of War Ps4 game. What could it mean?

Well, they look like runes, specifically futhark runes, however, the issue then becomes we don't know which ones represent what, so we then need to solve it like a cypher

I have the start of an alphabet, that translates to "To ? My Greatest Creation"

Yep.

I also translated the runes at the end of the game that Rootbeer Reggie says to invoke The Hex. The first one was "A Keeper Perhaps His Father Pure Euil" Euil is an archaic spelling of Evil. The second one was, "Yo mama" lmao. And the third one was "Sarsaparilla"

That's what it ended up being. It's hard to explain for the waste world ones, but the Down + B one makes you kick forward, which also clips you OOB on the stages, but only after the fight is over ;)
