Vending Machine Puzzles?

Hey All,
Manged to get into all the vending machines, not sure what to do with them.
.
The $1.50 seems to be empty except for the radio. Did anyone see anything else in there?

The $2.50 requires you bring a batter from the cottage, easy.

The $3.50 has a pipe "puzzle", but the reservoir looks empty. Does anyone know what to do?

oh and for the 3.50$ one that one is showing that the bar tender was the one who forced rust too the six keep inn
