Stuck at 99% completion

Hi all,
I finished the game with all skills, all life orbs and all nuts (no more area is highlighted in blue).
However, I can't reach the 100% completion !
What could I miss ?

Maybe you didn't get the other ending? Where you get the last powerup and go tto the last area with the forma.

I reached 2 endings : the first was when I was killed by a big laser from a big ball stuck in a tree.
And the other was this same ball but I killed it with the last power (blue lightening went out from me) but the big ball exploded after.
Is there any other ending ?

Hmm maybe it's one of the hidden schievements? I know there's 2 hidden achievements here and I'm guessing you're playing on the WiiU but I don't know if it has achievements on that platform.
Or maybe you haven't opened all of the doors.

Yes, I'm playing the WiiU version and no, there isn't any achievements on it.
By the way, on youtube, I saw a final boss that I didn't encounter : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DTEMeWFqhA
Could it be a secret boss or it isn't on the WiiU version ?

Oh that's a different version.
The only thing I can think of that affects the percentange is the story, opening doors, and collecting the collectables. I have no idea if the WiiU version has something different in terms of how the completition percentage works thou.
