Level 5 achievement
Do the workers need to be on the lake when it freezes to get the achievement to freeze four workers at the same time? I had all stuck on the other side when the spell expired, but no luck.

It also fails to freeze. Maybe you really need them to be on the lake ...

You can unlock it on level 32. Let the Ice Witches freeze four workers, then You will get the achievement. Yes, I know this post have 7 years.
