Won't Launch

It worked fine when I first opened it. Then later in the day I tried to play it again and the launcher simply quits.I et no error,nothing. I have re-installed this three times and it still won't launch. I have a pc and everyone else who seems to have this problem was on a mac. I am real close to just asking my money back.
