My tribes people age about 3 years on slow and 7 years on normal if left on that setting over night, not sure about fast though

1 year is 8 hours on normal speed, on fast speed its about 1 year per hour i think

I'm fairly certain that 1 year = 1 hour on normal speed. I'm beginning a project to find this games source code and actually, definitively answer a lot of questions like that. I've made a forum post earlier today with more details, check it out if you can help at all!
