My Tribe wont Launch

I use windows 10, when i click mytribe.exe the game wont launch or shows any errors. but I notice there are files created in the game folder, which is something err.txt but it is suddenly disapeared. and also there's log.txt which said :

02/04/20 16:41:19 (v1.02W) - A profile property was read before its value was set!

I tried compatibility mode, in XP win 7, win 8, try lower resolution, but still not worked. tried to install and reinstalling the game also dont work.

please help.

i think the problem is caused by corrupted save files located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Grubby Games, if you delete the files the game will work but it will delete the progress, and i dont want to throw away 10 hrs of gameplay, i hope a solution is found
