Hi, when I start the game, all I get is a whitescreen(window?) and the music. Nothing seems to happen

I bought the game through IndieGameStand. When will I receive Steam keys?

I reached the third world, and somewhere around the beginning of the level there was a drop in which I fell, but for some reason I am not dead just stuck down there. The bottom is all green and I can't see my character, but I am still able to move and shoot. In fact I can go from the beginning to the end of the level, albeit I am underneath it all! I don't know which stage I'm in. But after load the game, I can find 14 snowmen, but no key. So I can't proceed further beyond the locked door.
