cannot play the game

cannot play game at all. Installed the client, downloaded the game but the game doesnot start. Tried evrything listed in the support area, but still nothing. What do i do wrong???. When I put the client in Full screen mode I notice there is no internet connection. But I can log in , both on the browser as well as the client.
