I get windowed small screen mode instead of a real full screen mode... How do I fix?

I'm afraid you can't since this is a quite old game. I've only found out recently as well, the only thing I do is to lower my resolution to 800 x 600 everytime I play this game, in order for it to appear full screen on my monitor. then I have to put back my resolution after playing the game in order to get things back to normal. It is a nuisance really but this is the only option that I can see (for now, hopefully they fix this, but I doubt).

Crap, and I already returned for a refund. BUT the non steam game is full screen. Even on a hi res monitor.

Wow, really, never thought of buying the game directly from big fish, I should've done that. anyway damage is done I guess, hopefully they can patch it so that we could have a full screen in any resolution rather than lowering it down.

I have the game on big fish account, I refunded the steam version. It plays on big screen for the Big Fish account.

Any version (I tested Reflexive and Big Fish versions) works well. Only Steam suffered. In first 4 or 5 games of series. I tried to contact Big Fish, twice, but support only says "We can give you game on Big Fish site", and do nothing about Steam. Ah, well. :|

There is serious problem with this solution: on anything above 1024 (i.e. anything HD and bigger) it's really _small_ screen.

This game is not that old. I can play old DOS games full screen, and emulator games for NES full screen, but I can't play this game full screen? Steam dropped the ball on this one.

It's not Steam. It's Big Fish+Steam integration. Unfortunately.

Someone listed a fix for Return to Ravenhearst which works for this one and Prime Suspects as well. Open your NVIDIA Control Panel, click on Manage 3D Settings, and then you'll get a list of options under "Globally". Choose Sharpening and GPU Scaling: make sure Sharpening is off and GPU Scaling is on and then the game should run full screen just fine.

True...it does work, BUT it's in the center and very twitchy. As in if you were to hit the escape key by accident, the game would go Bye-bye but you would hear the music and the ONLY way to get it to stop is to force Steam to close through Task manager. Oh Steam is THIS okay to post since you're like monitoring what I post and reply to?
