Hero reward cards: https://digital.ringsdb.com/set/HeroAwards
Quest reward cards: https://digital.ringsdb.com/set/QuestAwards
Many of the hero reward cards are quite good, but only the quest reward cards from the encounters are useful (Northern Survivor and Dwarven Warrior).
The exceptions are Hero and Quest Completion awards. These do display in the Card Gallery, but only once you've unlocked them. They're not hidden, though—just organized a little differently to accommodate players who don't want "spoilers".
To view each Hero's card award—like Aragorn's Sword that was Broken—select the Hero's detail view while in the Decks Menu, then select the Hero Award icon. This displays the card award and the requirement to unlock it.
To view each Quest's card award, select the REWARDS tab in the Play Menu (single or multiplayer), then select the "First" Quest Completion Award.
It's not really so bad if you build a deck just for this purpose and play an easy quest on Narrative mode (I'd suggest the 2nd quest of the first campaign).
Stack the deck with 2x Common Cause, 2x Cram, 2x Lembas, 2x Ever Vigilant, 2x Timely Rescue, 2x Star Brooch, and 2x Escort from Edoras, then stall until you have enough cards in hand and on the table to ready Aragorn 7 times in one turn (recall that he has one built in, so you only need 6 additional readies). If your hero lineup includes Faramir and Glorfindel, you should be able to stall indefinitely and draw plenty of cards to get the entire combo set up.
