Failed to login player...

After I finished playing through the tutorial, the game had me create an Asmodee account. Afterwards, I left the game to go and verify my account in the email sent to me from Asmodee. After doing all of this I restarted the game and was greeted with this message "Failed to login player and initialize player data. Please check your network status and restart the game." I tried restarting the game a couple times which didn't work, so I reinstalled the whole game. This allowed me to get back into the game, and I hit Play. It prompted me to login to my Asmodee account which I had just verified moments ago, and got stuck with a message along the lines of, connecting... this may take a moment. 15 minutes later I decided that it was never going to connect. I wont be able to log back in unless I reinstall once again.

I cant even get this far :( after the opening video it gives me the failed to login player message.

Previously I simply couldn't play any quests after finishing the tutorial. I just re-tried it and now I have the same problem as kurkneal. PLEASE HELP, FFI!
