Is there a list of how to unlock things?
I am quite confused in regards to knowing how to unlock certain cards. There will randomly be times I get notified I did something X times with a certain hero so I get a certain card but how do I know what objectives I should be working towards?

Also are there any cards that are craftable only? I have paid for what's currently available and just want to be clear about how to go about rounding out my collection. Also were daily quests removed?

So just to confirm, there are the hero unlocks but aside from that you get cards by crafting them? Or are there other ways.

There are
-Hero Awards: Cards that have some gameplay requirement to unlock
-Quest Awards: A card awarded per Quest or Encounter, once you’ve beaten it for the first time.
-Campaign Awards: A card awarded once you’ve completed all 5 quests in a campaign.
-Campaign Cards: Cards that get unlocked when you purchase a campaign.
-Fellowship Cards: Cards that are only unlockable with Fellowship Points.
It’s still a tad under construction but if you go to https://digital.ringsdb.com/search you can see descriptions of how to unlock some cards in italics. Just ignore the “Hero Packs” Cards. Those will be deleted.

For the Hero Reward cards (the ones that unlock after doing X things with X Hero) you can view both the card and the requirements in the Decks section. Select a hero to bring up the card details (art, artist, lore quote) and above the card art there should be a symbol. Click that and it'll show you the unlockable reward card as well as tell you how to go about unlocking it.

To view all the craftable cards, again in the Decks screen, click on the card viewer and at the bottom of the left side 'search engine thingy' you should see the Card Set option. Turn all but the Fellowship cards off and you should have all the craftable cards displayed.

Finally, yes, the daily quests were removed.

A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Any tips on how to unlock Rossiel's hero award? Have tried countless times to use her ability on trait units and never unlocks. Do you HAVE to summon a new card and use surge EVERY time?

As mentioned by RansomMan, the community-maintained site at digital.ringsdb.com is a solid resource. Specficially, someone has made a guide for Rossiel's award:

Actually, check out this portion of the stream from last week: https://youtu.be/tVPX-TYXpWs?t=354 Sarah goes through how to obtain 3 of the 4 types of cards: Hero Awards, Quest Awards, and Fellowship cards. Campaign, admittedly, there really isn't a great way to see what you earn from finishing those, within game. However, as others have mentioned the best single location for the information is the fan-run site digital.ringsdb.com
