To view all the craftable cards, again in the Decks screen, click on the card viewer and at the bottom of the left side 'search engine thingy' you should see the Card Set option. Turn all but the Fellowship cards off and you should have all the craftable cards displayed.
Finally, yes, the daily quests were removed.
There are
-Hero Awards: Cards that have some gameplay requirement to unlock
-Quest Awards: A card awarded per Quest or Encounter, once you’ve beaten it for the first time.
-Campaign Awards: A card awarded once you’ve completed all 5 quests in a campaign.
-Campaign Cards: Cards that get unlocked when you purchase a campaign.
-Fellowship Cards: Cards that are only unlockable with Fellowship Points.
It’s still a tad under construction but if you go to https://digital.ringsdb.com/search you can see descriptions of how to unlock some cards in italics. Just ignore the “Hero Packs” Cards. Those will be deleted.
As mentioned by RansomMan, the community-maintained site at digital.ringsdb.com is a solid resource. Specficially, someone has made a guide for Rossiel's award:

Actually, check out this portion of the stream from last week: https://youtu.be/tVPX-TYXpWs?t=354 Sarah goes through how to obtain 3 of the 4 types of cards: Hero Awards, Quest Awards, and Fellowship cards. Campaign, admittedly, there really isn't a great way to see what you earn from finishing those, within game. However, as others have mentioned the best single location for the information is the fan-run site digital.ringsdb.com
