If you're having trouble playing this game because of the tiny screen size, go into your Display Settings and choose to "change the size of text, apps, and other items". I play it at 150% and it helps a lot. You can change this setting back when you're done playing.

You can also use Lossless Scaling (Which you can buy on Steam) and all your old games now play brilliantly - it does loads of other stuff too, but this is what I use it for..
