A way to set a price for modded cars so they can show up in the correct order in the shop while playing the campaign instead of just being in your garage.

You can do this by modifying the shop.lst files in the car mods, however you'll probably want to keep the mods in mod_testing or upload in private for yourself.

Basically, in said shop.lst files, there is a header with "very important, is this a mod ?", you put 0 instead of 1 everywhere, and then you input prices where adequate and you can now buy your modded car like it was a vanilla one.

You can also set a respect condition for the car (withrespect X) and now you have to play through the career to unlock it like a normal car (just know that beyond 6000 is probably gonna be unbuyable).
