If u want to destroy ur playfun use Cheat Engine and get 999.999.999$.

ctrl+shift+z - unlock career event

Sorry for the extremely late reply, but I just tried the button combinations listed above and now it prevents most of achievements from unlocking during the career (kinda like in GTA IV). I mean, I got through the whole career, finished the Final Battle against the Incubator, gained $1M and 6000+ respect points in total... but it couldn't unlock any achievement aside from the ones that have nothing to do with the career.

Yes, that's the penalty you can get.
