Any ideas on how to unlock Leroy?

I'm assuming you probably have to 3 star every Target challenge. But I have every achievement apart from this. Does anyone have it or is it glitched?

This is a bit of a bump, but I was in the same situation as you. I played the target mode levels at the same time as the goal mode levels, and didn't have this achievement by the end of it.

What I did was delete the save file, play through the entirety of story mode, then start playing through target mode. I'm guessing that the unlock conditions for Leroy are to complete a number of levels for the first time after the last character is unlocked or story mode is complete, which obviously doesn't work if you play through both modes at the same time. So yes, it's glitched.

Anyway, I was able to unlock Leroy midway through World 3 of target mode. Not sure if this'll work for everyone, but it's a way I found.

I dunno if that is the case, as I didn't touch target mode until I finished story mode. I've only really 1 starred the target missions but I didn't unlock Leeroy.

I didn't really solve it unfortunately. I re-installed my OS and the Hackyzack save files were gone (no cloud save). So I just decided to boot it up again and play it and the achievement unlocked about midway through target mode (I think that's what it is, not the main game mode).

So, basically delete your save and cache and start again :(
