New:
* Added Fortify campaign objective. Build AA, Forts, and Pillboxes to a specified amount before leaving!
* New Campaigns will now summarize various stats about your campaign upon succesful completion. (Old campaigns won't display this data since it would be inaccurate.)

Balance:
* Ews Radius increased to 8 (sight + sub detection)
* Legacy of Dread effect doubled (to 10% per prestige)
* Napalm Munitions effect doubled, but reduces your chance to put out Fires by 33%
* Ambushes will not have veterancy like their peers (previously, about half of the ships were ignored)
* Destroyer of Cities Buffed significantly. Should give about 50% net of what it costs. (E.g. A size 50 city costs about 97 to destroy, but yield $162)

UI:
* Flagship upgrade screen will now tell you when a Flagship is a 'Glass Cannon'
* Added Death Denied help topic
* Removed Reddit button

Minor:
* New Profiles should now start on Starting Difficulty
* AI will no longer generate Supership perks when they are unrestricted.
* Brightened 'Watermask' on ships
* Fixed a bug where the Difficulty Dropdown could say that you were on Normal Difficulty while you were in fact on Starting difficulty. (This could happen if you did not interact with the dropdown)
* Hidden AI subs will attempt to restrain their shooting until later in the phase (making them mildly more sneaky.)
* Opponents will now attempt to have more difference between their color scheme and yours, for better visual differentiation.
* Unlocking Difficulties is now reported when you level up/prestige
* Siege Line should now show appropriately for Bombing Runs.
* A user with 10k or higher in cash will now display properly in the meta-map screen
* Battlemap can now handle at least $99-million. VP can go up to at least 2 billion. (this is probably sufficient
