OK so has anyone noticed
Hhhhmmm. when I ran nascar 2k3 I remember setting my wheel rotation to like 230 or something in that area, and the higher you turned it the further u had to turn the wheel to make the same turn(wheel was less responsive), So today a buddy stops by to see why i dislike nascar heat handling so much...he goes out the death wobble on the straight takes him left ,right, left, right, wall blown engine..he was like wow..would it help to lower the rotation. my thought was lower number quicker response the car will be lucky to get off pit road. BUT I went and turned the profiler down to 250 and then went in and turned down the rotation in the game and he jumps in the car and within 3 laps turned fastest lap id seen run at atlanta on my pc 29.2 .so how is it that at 900 rotation the car is out of control sensitive but at 250 it settles down?

you ever watch a NASCAR race? the drivers maybe turn there wheel a 1/4 turn either entering or exiting the corner

i know but the point is something seems off, i have been sim racing since the first nascar game came out years and years ago, and it seems backwards that the wobble starts to go away when u reduce the wheel rotation( by wobble i mean the over rotation on the straights) it should be the other way around it seems. And yes I have played many and have many other racing and or driving games. Heat seems to be the only one that when you reduce rotation it slows down the wheel responce and sensitivity..or so it seems

mybe they got it right fot the current cars?

no they got it backwards, the wheel is supposed to get less sensitive when you go up on the rotation numbers...this is the only game i have ever seen where it opposite like that, makes me wonder if they realize its that way

I have to agree.. If you turn the rotation to 900 degrees, it should definitely lower the sensitivity.. Because then the wheel would be allowed to rotate farther, resulting in lower sensitivity (ie: you need to turn it farther to reach 100% turn radius) So at 270 rotation, it should be way more sensitive, because it reaches 100% much faster...
