nascar 15 victory edition vs nascar heat evolution!
so i was waiting for nascar heat evolution and have had high hopes, apparently from reviews its a big disappoitment, what about nascar 15 victory edition? is it any better?

im very eager to play nascar game as i love nascar in general but sadly or choices seem equally disappoiting

note: i have a thrustmaster t500rs, hows the wheel support with nascar 15 victory edtion and in this one?

Personally this one is miles ahead both in gameplay, wheel support and physics. My T150 would play bad on 15, but on this feels great. I'd take this any day!!

Racing against the AI is much better in Heat IMO. My T300RS works in Heat. I have seen in other posts where T500 owners said their wheel works but I have seen posts that said theirs don't.
Graphics @ 1080p don't look very good in Heat because of jaggies and flashing textures, looks much better on my rig with a 1440p monitor but still not great.
If you get heat you will have to use the buttons on your wheel to go through the menu's, no mouse or keyboard support.
I have nascar 15 victory edition, don't like it and feel it was a waste of money.
Heat really needs some changes to be great, but for now after the AI adapts racing against the AI is pretty good IMO.

Really don't know what to think about all this. In any case, the Thrustmaster T300 should be recognized without editing anything. Don't know about the T500. If i wouldn't have been around reading the discussions while waiting for the game to get unlocked, i wouldn't even know that there are problems. But as soon as the first people tried to run the game, all hell was breaking loose.
Unlike Nascar '15, i'm able to run with the pack without getting wrecked by the A.I. whenever it gets near me. And i don't have problems with jaggies. But that's probably, because i'm using a 4K monitor.

Also I had problems with my g27. I am using Xbox control. Honestly, I'm still in Nascar '15. I feel more excitement to play.

Engine temperature, damage, wears tires, among other details.

NASCAR left longing generation PS2.

In the Victory Edition the problem of AI, was apparently resolved. I have not had problems.

Heat's AI is lightyears ahead of N15. The wheel tinkering you have to do in N15 to get it to feel right is crazy, but at least the wheel works. What I see in Heat is a brilliant foundation (as far as AI goes), and a $20 Indie title everywhere else...presentation, controller support, graphics, rigid options with limited customization, etc.
