Crash on start up SOLUTION FOUND

Can no longer play this game. When I tried to start it all ti does now is give me the whole game has crashed, you should give the report to the developer.

You will keep waiting for a fix too! The only update lately that came out is paid DLC! This game is just like the rest,Abandoned! Good luck! I have to say I wish we could get a great game for the next installment but I thought that 2 or 3 times before this one,nooop didn't happen. I resort to still running Nascar 15 and Nascar 2003. If you have the money go IRacing you will get updates at least til the new one comes out.

Yeah the "2017 Team Update" is $10 no online races with the new cars, have to reset your career mode and no changes to the game (stage racing & playoff points) I really hope the next game will be better with this or they have a better update.

Alright ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I've found the problem. Ya'll arn't gunna like this.
There is an issue with one of the patches, but it's not the KB3216755. I alone have found that the Security update KB4013429 is the blame, uninstal it and you will need to restart. allow your computer to handle it's update system, it will take around 10 minutes. When your PC is on again you will be able to play.

I'd recomend u uninstal each one to the point were u noticed the problem and see if it fixes it for you.

the game is totally not running on my laptop no matter what I try to do to fix it. Not a happy camper as I really like this game and I have owned it since day 1 of its release on steam so what are you gonna do to help us gamers out seriously

I deleted Windows security KB4013429 game plays just fine, now. <Control Panel> select <programs and features> select <view updates> scoll down to block "Windows" (#) widen column to see KB4013429 select it, right click to delete, takes a bite of time. It will delete and PC will restart and you're off to the races....One more thing if the KB# returns, I guess it's like Window 3 back when, it all started Windows Update would try to reload item (KB) so, someone would just be asked to update or not to update or block KB# from loading for awhile it may just go away into space....lol

Yes I am sure Dev's won't fix anything,they haven't and won't! THe last several games they put out are the same. Take money from you,leave you with an Abandoned piece of junk game! Why do they have to fix anything,they got your money that was their goal.

Hey, Hey...game is ON new Windows update KB4015438 which you can see for youself or just do your Windows update to activate KB4015438. I also believe that KB4013429 has been repair or replace by this KB4015438......THANKS TO ALL FOR TAKE IT ON...AND FIXXING THE PROBLEM. I DO SEE THAT DMR IS ON IT....THANKS looking forward to future game and repair on present games....

Oh, 3/24/2017 New Windows update KB4015438....Great job, and timming. It wasn't months that's the way to learn and improve...thx. just play the game it's got some improvements as in speed at least on my pc it's doing great. I got 1st place in one race that couldn't get above 91 points. So, check-it out....have fun. Let us know your experience.

Once you uninstall KB4013429 the game works fine. Worked for me! Happy again :D
