Game Won't Start

I have tried to open both this game and S&T: Wargames Collection but neither one will start. The get to the blank white page at the beginning of the process and then just disappear. I have uninstalled and installed the games twice and they both do the same thing. Is this a known bug? Or is there something that I can do?
