put fuli file in your game folder its were the exe is (i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Knight).

Go into "Manual" from the main menu. The pictures may look the same, but if you select one and the patch is installed correctly, then you will see the uncensored images. You can unlock more through gameplay.

Edit: Also possible to see your character topless, but you have to look really closely or play the game on a big screen TV to even notice.
