We reword and visual redesigns almost all of the games perks!

I felt that the perks were to underwhelming and not cool enough, so this update is for perks!

Perk changes:

Lifesteal:
Heal: 3% of damage dealt per hit (+3% per stack) -> kills drop a blood droplet that heals when you walk over it
Droplet heal: 12% of the enemy's max Hp (+6% per stack), min 0.5% and max 15% of your max Hp
Droplets glow like projectiles, last 15s, and nearby ones merge

Thorns:
Getting hit now also fires a ring of 10 thorns (3s cooldown), contact reflect unchanged

Shield up:
A spinning shield bubble fades in as it charges
Fully charged it throws a shockwave that knocks enemies back

Overclock:
Sparks fly off you, more and faster the more it has built, effect unchanged

Chain reaction:
Chance: 5% (+1% per stack) -> always
Damage to nearby: 50% / 20% / 5% -> 10% / 4% / 1%
Debuffs now spread too, at 50% / 15% / 3.5% of the debuff chance
Blue square sparks fly out of infected enemies, lighter close and darker far

Long shot:
Crit effects removed
Hits have a 5% chance (+1% per stack) to mark an enemy, your next hit on it does 2x damage

Antibodies:
A shield icon grows and fades over you when a debuff is turned away

Brush off:
Cleansing a totem has cool partical effect

Portal Locator:
After 60s in a room, rolls every 10s (20% +10% per stack) to show an arrow to the nearest portal for 5s

Mana, Adrenaline, Rage, Stealth: a faint class colored glow around you

Mage, Thrower, Melee, Range: a stronger glow than basic ability glows

Lucky break:
Gain 0.02 luck every time you are hit
A clover shows over you, more visible the lower your Hp

Fixes:

Completionist's Curse now unlocks after having all perks not just half of them
