Can't uninstall "Direct Show ogg Vorbis Filter (remove only)

I uninstalled the game and tried to remove the install I posted above because I only needed it for this game. It says it can't be uninstalled because it can't find the file needed to uninstall it. I reinstalled the game but it doesn't prompt me to install the file again and I still couldn't uninstall the program.

Can someone help me with this?

I found the solution to this. It is trying to uninstall it from a different location. The location where I found it was "C:\Windows\SysWOW64" If you go there and locate "OggDSuninst.exe" then run it, you will be able to remove the program completely.
