Mouse not working in the game

Hello. I can't use my mouse during the game. After selecting "new game" when area loading is done and I can start to move, the only thing working is keyboard. I can use WSAD to move, jump but I can't look with mouse or use any mouse button. After I push Esc and get back to main menu I have to click right mouse button for cursor to appear.
I don't have any other controllers connected to my computer - just mouse and keyboard. System is windows 10. I tried both fullscreen and window mode and I can't make this mouse work in game. Please help.

This issue is something odd we never experienced in our tests, does it happen even when playing a challenge or only when starting a new game?

Sadly both :(
I even pluged in the second mouse in front USB. I still can't look around or use any mouse buttons.

I installed new drivers for mouse and keyboard, pluged another keyboard and mouse and nothing seems to work. I'm running out of ideas.

Do you have any gamepad to test the game with? Just to see if you are able to move the camera using it.
Have you tested if you encounter the same issue with the game Demo?
Could you please also share your PC specs?

I only have joystick Cyborg Evo. I pluged it in, but it didn't work in the game.
I tried to download demo version but failed at the moment. I will try later.
My Hardware devices are:

I downloaded demo version. I can't use mouse in demo either... plus the main menu is really crushed - it takes 5 seconds to move curso 1 inch.
EDIT: I can map fuctions to my mouse buttons (jump, crouch, left) but I still can't use it to look around. I tried with sensitivity but with no effect. I tried to plug it to USB 2.0, 3.0. Nothing seems to work.

I managed to download the game on my laptop. With touchpad and mouse I can look around, but because of poor graphic card the game is unplayable there.
Can motherboard cause mouse problems? Are there known problems with Downward on Windows 10?

Hey Strzelec,
check if your controller rotates.
While in-game, press \ and type "DisplayAll PlayerController Rotation".
A value should be displayed on the top of a screen as a text line, then move the mouse to check if it changes.

YES YES YES!! IT WORKED! I finally fixed the problem! It was Windows 10 issue. After I bought another game I couldn't get to use mouse in that game too so I was desperate to find the solution in system. Don't know why I had installed a device called "microsoft virtual HID mouse". I deleted it and finally I can look around and play! I'm so happy, I finally can play the game with my daughters! Thanks Caracal for your support.

I have this same issue but there is no other mouse setup. Every time i launch a game from steam it freezes my mouse. On gmod my mouse works right up until the second i join a game and gta 5 stops working the second i launch it. My steam games freeze my mouse but for some reason minecraft does not i need help
