funtime Foxy was in Fnaf world, and the "Funtime Foxy" in sister location is more of an upgraded version, with a splitting face, speaker, and other things.

how look there two different things mangle has a kind of rusty face and FNAF 2 is set in 1983 and look how high tech FNAF SL is if they had that in 1983 we would have hover cars now + why would FF have a new metalic look + FF and Mangle are both in the same game duh

The funtime foxy in fnaf world is an intact version of mangle, before the kids took him/her apart.
The "Funtime foxy" in sister location is not the same funtime foxy/mangle in fnaf 2, it is just sorta a "new version" of the character. similar to how the "Toy freddy"/"funtime freddy" in sister location is a new/different version of the toy freddy character in Fnaf 2.

Funtime Freddy resembles Withered Freddy more than Toy Freddy, in my opinion.

FNAF 2 was not in '83. Look at the paycheck.

And we did have that in the 80's. I remember how people thought we would have flying cars by the year 2010 (watch Back to the Future to see). But here is a little video from the 70s:
