This isn't a fan game, and I can't take down games just because they have robot animals in them. Originally they had a robot and icon that looked like Freddy Fazbear, and that was a problem. They've changed a lot about their game since then. Until I see something infringing then I don't have a problem with their game. I don't own the word "animatronic".
Scott wouldn't EVER face any copyright problems, as the trademarks and the idea of the game are copyrighted to his name. So, the other devs of Fnaf fangames have no right to accuse Scott for stealing the idea from them, or simply say that they own the idea of Fnaf.
So, nervous people, calm down and wait until October for SL to come out!
