case animatronics and maybe copyright law?

as most of u may or may not know. case animatonics came out yesderday i been playing a lil last night. it's fun and all but i read something that made me wonder i took a sceenshot and i'll post it here if ppl ask me im just asking the ? how dose copyright work and will this hurt fnaf sl

This isn't a fan game, and I can't take down games just because they have robot animals in them. Originally they had a robot and icon that looked like Freddy Fazbear, and that was a problem. They've changed a lot about their game since then. Until I see something infringing then I don't have a problem with their game. I don't own the word "animatronic".

Animatronics is a widely used word. Also, WHY SOMEONE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE LAW WITH THE GAME THAT HE OWNS TRADEMARKS ETC? The one who would be screwed, would be the one that made: case animatronics, as he doesn't own the idea for Fnaf

there are killer animatronics and security cameras. Yes it is free roam and not in a pizzeria but that's the only thing different than FNaF.

Case animatronics and Copyright misunderstanding

Recently some nervous users asked on posts wether Scott will face copyright problems with the new game "Case animatronics". The answer is...NO.

Scott wouldn't EVER face any copyright problems, as the trademarks and the idea of the game are copyrighted to his name. So, the other devs of Fnaf fangames have no right to accuse Scott for stealing the idea from them, or simply say that they own the idea of Fnaf.

So, nervous people, calm down and wait until October for SL to come out!
