I don't see any way it can. Clickteam Fusion is a 2D engine. It more than likely has limited free roam like FNAF 4.

i have a feeling scott is gonna use fnaf 4 style of movement to create a sort of "free roam" around the facility. not gonna go too much in to detail, but that would certainly be interesting.

Clickteam Fusion 2.5 is the upgraded Multimedia Fusion 2. So it is made in Clickteam. Scott won't be using an old product to make his games. And MMF2 is dated. And I am sure that he will switch to Clickteam Fusion 3 when it comes out.
