Funtime Foxy's Gender
Since this was a thing people felt the need to worry about with both Mangle and Golden Bonnie let's get this out of the way so we can move on to other theories. Those theories are going to be more interesting anyway. Quite simply there is no exact answer to it. But there are options that are pretty easy to go with.

First off the only gender we can truly say is real is Non-Binary. For those who do not know Non-binary is an umbrella term that contains several other genders. Much like how gay includes being gay, bi, pan, and anything that isn't heterosexual. Non-binary (sometimes referred to as third gender) contains anything that is not strictly male or female. From there though as far as I know there are two likely options from there. Genderfluid or Bigender.

We know these are possible because we are told they are. In night two Funtime Foxy is referred to as 'he' and on night three referred to as 'her.' Genderfluid is used for people who's gender identity change from one to another . Bigender means they identify as two or more genders simultaneity. So in either case Funtime Foxy is both male and female. I have seen people saying Foxy has no gender, or is agender, which is possible but not likely as agenders usually go with a pronoun like 'they/them' which has never been used for any character thusfar.

So there you have it. Funtime Foxy is probably one of those two things. Now that that's out of the way we can move on to something else.

Male, female, it's a Foxy. Who cares?
I cannot like this post enough!

Also, my opinion, Spring Bonnie is not female, for one there are NO female characteristics when it comes to the design of the suit, two Scott said himself that the testers for FNAF 3 were surprised because "HE was more aggressive than they anticipated" referring to Springtrap using a definitive male pronoun.

But as the post I quoted above says, "It's a rabbit, who cares!"
Well thank you. Glad to say something wise. I also agree with your Spring Bonnie idea. The suit has no female characteristics at all (well, maybe the eyelashes but that's not relevant). It would make sense if Springy was a male, considering that he used to be Spring Bonnie himself.
I am of the firm belief that there are only TWO genders: male and female, with some rare genetic mutations giving way to people with traits of both genders. How does this fit into what Funtime Foxy/Mangle's gender is? It doesn't, I just wanted to put that out there. As for what I believe F. Foxy and/or Mangle to be? I think that they're female, but they are designed ambiguously enough that you can apply your own idea of their gender on them. If you think it is a female, then cool, more power to you, but if you think it is a male then that's cool aswell. In the end, it's a robot with no distinguishable reproductive organs, and is designed to be an ambiguous gender with what I consider to be a heavy leaning towards female.

Thank you! Also, keep in mind, people, that this is pretty much what Scott wants as well. There is ample evidence for either/or, so arguing about it like it is the Presidential debate doesn't help anything. If Scott doesn't care enough to give Mangle/Funtime Foxy a specific gender, then why should we care enough to fight about it? Just think of it as you wish, respect that others may think the opposite, and go on your mery way.

I love the way you think. Yay logic!

i feel like the only reason people see Spring Bonnie as female is because of his design in FNaF World having eyelashes. He could simply be the exception to the rule that only female animatronics have eyelashes as so does Toy Bonnie, yet we know he's a male. Of course there is the fact that the head shape is more rounded and feminine than Springtrap, who has a more boxy head shape that more resembles classic Bonnie.

Yes, but you gotta admit that the Spring Bonnie in FNaF World and the Springtrap in FNaF World have some differences indesign, notably the shape of their heads are different. This could, however, just be Scott's way of differentiating the two adventure animatronics. In the main FNaF games, however, I think there is only one design of Spring Bonnie, and one of the Spring Bonnie suits is the one that eventually was worn/posessed by Purple Guy and became Springtrap.

TL;DR Spring Bonnie and Springtrap are the same, but their adventure counterparts do look noticably different.
gender fluid, does it even matter for a damn gender,
  • Here comes the Gender Debate.

Ya either it was a mistake by Scott or he purposely did it

It doesn't really matter anyway for me, Spring Bonnie and Springtrap are both some of my favorite characters to use, so I just use 'em both anyway. lol
