Report a translation problem
One way to check this is to open the game and then check the Processes list in Task Manager. If there's an asterisk ( * ) next to the process name it is a 32 bit application.
If you're using Windows 10 it will say "(32 bit)" instead of using an asterisk.
The vast majority of 32 bit Windows applications run on 64 bit Windows OSs.
This is the cause for the 2GB RAM limit.
Clickteam Fusion 3 is supposed to be 64-bit.
As Frazer said, 32-bit applications work on 64-bit PCs.
