Funtime Freddy's Bonnie Hand Puppet Issue Night 3

Is anyone else having the issue of Bonnie not showing up at all? Because I can't get him to appear after I remove Freddy's power module, and all he'll do is shuffle around until he kills me. I have tried restarting the night, I tried starting a new game, I even tried deleting all of my data, and started over again, and it is still broken. Any advice? I know how to do it. The problem is that he just continues to move around the room. He never stops moving. He never gives me a chance to click the black button.
