Why is the Sister Location underground?
In the game, you clearly take an elevator down into the location, and, while it is cool, why of all places is a Chuck-E-Cheese location underground?

It isn't a pizzeria.
It's a facility for storing the animatronics so they can be rented out to private parties.

Because the characters get rented, then sent to the house of the person who rented them

Because it's not a Chuck-E-Chese. It's a storage/maintenance/rental place.
