Purple Guy and William Afton Theory

With the purple guy (credit to markimoo on his 2 live stream) maybe we play as William Afton, now hear me out. Purple eyes might represent the purple guy coming to life. Ennard (which is an entity that carries all of the characters from SL, he isn't a character himself, the mask is just a prop he uses to have a representative identity) has possessed the body, if it is Afton then that would explain why he then goes onto killing others, the animatronics are letting their rage out from the torture and cruelty they went through from being punished and electicuted at Circus Baby's Pizza World. William Afton isn't crazy, he didn't kill anyone, William afton isn't purple guy, purple guy is Afton. Purple guy is a collective of Baby, Ballora, Funtime Foxy and Funtime Freddy. Afton doesn't kill anyone willingly, he body is taken over by "the purple guy" (ennard). Maybe the kids who were killed had some relation to the owners of Circus Baby's Pizza World. Freddy and Co are just getting their revenge.

I also don't think that SL can be in the 80s' because that's when it would have to be for this to make sense.

I would like to propose a counter theory to you based off of research that I've done of all the games and the novel.

I have serious logical questions about you playing as Afton.

1) William Afton of Afton Robotics is treated like a new employee
2)Why is William Afton doing "endless janitorial opportunities" if he owns the company?
3)Handy is obviously broken, no one gives the CEO broken equipment to use
4)William Afton the man who owns Afton Robotics wouldn't be crawling around in vents
5)Handy says in the vent Freddy's has closed, which means William was already hard at work killing kids and stuffing their bodies into suits and therefore already and evil ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
6)William Afton doesn't care about the animatronics because he allows them to be electrocuted
7)If he created Baby and he cares about her- why does he shock her 3 times in the beginning of the game?
8)William Afton should be rolling in money after selling state of the art technologically advanced animatronic attractions for rent, yet the PC lives in a crummy house, with out-dated furniture, and a TV with turn dials and antennae with not even a VCR in sight
9)If you are William Afton why can't you abort Handy's shut down procedure on night 2 so you can get to safety?
10)We know from the SE novel that the Purple Man is most comfortable and safe around the animatronics in his Spring Bonnie suit but this character we play as doesn't have access to one and doesn't wear one down into the workspace with the killer animatronics
11) Baby doesn't recognize him, something with advanced facial recognition software would certainly have his face and if not his face then his voice in her memory banks, also William Afton owns Afton robotics why would he need to disguise himself, and we know from the books the only disguise he ever used was the Spring Bonnie Suit.
12)Baby helps the man who has imprisoned her, electrocuted her, forced her to "do bad things" kill/kidnap children and repeatedly ripped out her guts and replaced them with new innards when she didn't behave? I don't think so.
13) William Afton would already know how the animatronics work and that they are dangerous and would not need to be told by Handy all their information, which begs the question as to why if you play as Afton you bothered to bring Handy with you at all?
14) The little girl never says her fathers name, her fathers name is never revealed, and according to the SE novel, William Afton had no children and no love interest or even a former wife - therfore no proof the child is his daughter
15) Child says, "didn't you make her just for me?" we know from the novel that Henry created the animatronics where William Afton only assisted him and ran the business, making it more likely that the little girl is Henry's daughter and NOT Afton's
16) William Afton, the Purple Man, makes a habit of kidnapping and murdering children and you want to sell me some idea that he would actually want to care for and protect a child? No thanks, that doesn't make any sense.
17) The Scooping Room - William Afton would have known what the Scooper does, he would have known what the Spring Lock suits do, since he's operated one and he owns the company. And even if he somehow didn't know what the Scooper did, after this first exposure to it he certainly would after seeing Ballora's guts ripped out and stayed the hell away from that Room.
18) William Afton does not care about the animatronics (he stores them underground, electrocutes them if they get out of line, and if they stop working how he wants them to he has their guts ripped out and replaced) why would he help Baby at the end of the game to "save the good" in her, help her escape when he wants to keep her there and performing, have any sort of sympathy for her?? He wouldn't.
19) William Afton owns Afton Robotics but doesn't have a key card to the Private Room, and will be fired after witnessing sensitive and private information? That is ridiculous.
20) The purple eyes of Ennard at the end of the Real Ending do not mean the PC is William Afton- he's the Purple Man because he wears Purple.
21) If you played as William Afton and Ennard used your body like a suit she would have no reason to return to Freddy's in the FNAF 3 mini games as the Purple Man to destroy the animatronics, you don't escape from a place and then run back to it.

His company is separate to the company that owns Sister Location. He does the robotics, he is hired by Circus Babys Pizza.

Regardless of whether or not Afton Robotics has been hired by another company that owns Circus Baby's Pizza World, my point is, the guy who's name is in the company title (Afton Robotics) and owns the company and created state of the art Robotics does not do the grunt work of a lowly, expendable, Fireable, janitorial, maintenence technician.
