Strange number noise in the background? (1578)

I dunno if any of you noticed, but there seems to be some sort of noise that "always" plays in the background. And when I say always, I mean even on the very warning screen that pops up when you launch the game. This is best hearable in a quiet room (such as Ballora Gallery, The Breaker Room, Circus Gallery (when the power's off), and if you listen, you can also notice it in other areas (such as the vents, even the game over screen). The noise is pretty much all over the place.

The noise in itself sounds like number pronunciations (I can make out a 7, 1, and even a 9 usually, the others I can't understand). I'm not referring to the female voices you hear when you first enter Ballora Gallery or the weird sounds you hear in Circus Gallery while it's powered on.

Anyone notice this, and potentially know what that is?

NOTE: It seems that the 1578 phenomenon is already well known. Guess I was a little bit late on that train lol

EDIT2: I think I got something. So only the numbers 1, 5, 7, 8 are being recited. No other number. The order of the numbers seem insignificant (completely random)

I misread one of the numbers (2 with 5), but if I had to reconstruct the same date, it would be May 8th, 2017. Once again, this might be nothing.

EDIT3: The real numbers are 1, 5, 7, 8. I just managed to peek in the game files. I was very close to guessing them.

EDIT4: I tried an experiment with the keypads and the 1578 numbers deal, here. Be advised, the numbers probably do nothing in the game whatsoever. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0MvUcpD35Q

Fun Fact: If you increase the speed of the sounds, eventually you'll hear that it's Baby saying those numbers.

Sounds more like slown down, but I'm trying to fetch a recording of it still. If I turn up anything, I'll edit OP.

No I haven't heard it. Perhaps someone could try and enhance the sound or look in the game files?

I heard it too while crossing the Gallery the first time I played. I couldn't tell what it was, but now I'm certain those are numbers.

When I first heard it, I thought it was someone snoring. Listening to it more closely, it does sound like someone citing numbers. Can anyone tell what it's saying?

did you guys ever notice the noise plays all the way through the entire game? i have apple ear buds and i can hear it all the way through the game someone find out what the entire number is and just bring your volume all the way up to hear it (wear apple ear buds to hear better)

It might possibly be reused quotes from Under the Desk on Night 3.

Or, Scott had Heather record some extra dialogue and then edited it to freak everyone the F out.

We found it in the game files, just no idea where in game it was. Good job.

Actually, during Night 5, Baby can say any number from 1 to 9 during that keypad sequence. 1578, especially, was pitched down into this version for unknown reasons.

I may be one of the first people that found it, but definitely not the first, considering that even Wikipedia mentioned the 1578 numbers before xD
