Color of Eyes(spoilers)
Hmm.... On the real ending the color of the endoskelton inside of us has purple eyes. So Baby didn't get out(she has green eyes), but who did? P.S. In my last post I'm sorry I'm just bad at gramar. LOL

My guess is "she" realized Ennard wouldn't actually fit inside your character, so "she" made a new endoskeleton and used Ballora's eyes since they were the most accurately proportioned for a human.
Ballora's eyes don't fit, they don't have that white glowing dot inside of them.

Actually violet eyes do exist, but you have to have albinism to a degree in order to have them.

So wait does that mean you can change your eye color to any color?

No, you can't just get albinism. It's hereditary.

You can wear colored contacts, but that's about it.

Though, maybe the animatronics can change their eye color if they wanted, it would explain the empty eyes thing.
