Why there is no Baby jumpscare
The reason there is no jumpscare for Circus Baby, is because like the FNaF 1 Kitchen, Scott wated us to imagine what it would look like. He wanted us to imagine the horrorifying jumpscare of a child opneing her face at you, with a blood-curdling scream. - This is not confirmed, just a theory.

Good theory but I think that what MatPat at Game Theory Said that you play as purple guy and scott didn't want you to play against your daughter.

Buuuut you wouldn't be playing against your daughter, you'd be playing against your sister.
