If that's true, that means Sc00t will get sued. Emil copyrighted Candy.

Emil was allowed to do this because he made the character before he made FNaC and copyrighted it.

I can't remember where I read it but I think he did. The characters were created way before FNAC.

The youtube page says TM after the name too.

SInce it's the original FNAF, maybe. I'd love my game to be mentioned on the famous game that inspired me.

But at the same time, who knows? Candy the Cat and Co wasn't created specifically for FNAF. He just used his existing characters and he's very protective of them.
