Height: Freddy is 6'6 and Foxy is 6'1 this makes Freddy the tallest FNAF 1 animatronic and Foxy the shortest, this gives Freddy a height advantage of 5 inches.

Durability: Freddy is more bulky and sturdy, Foxy is damaged and has a less sturdy suit in general offering less protection to the endoskeleton.

Attack:Freddy is more bulky and weighs more while Foxy has a hook. One of the SB trailers shows how Monty can break through gates and Roxanne cannot, this is likely similar with Freddy being stronger. Overall other than Foxy's hook Freddy will cause more damage using his arms and jaws.

Speed: It is possible that Freddy can run as fast, but based on what we know Foxy is a runner and will run faster.

Stealth: Freddy unlike Foxy likes to sneak around the pizzeria and is extremely difficult to see in the dark.

Conclusion: Freddy will most likely destroy Foxy in combat.

Because Foxy is already damaged and Freddy is not Freddy could not only deal more damage from extra body weight but would also need a lot more damage to defeat so in all honesty Freddy would win

I would say foxy, since his hook is bassicaly a knife attached to your arm, which can really really help. Freddy has a microphone as a weapon.. and thats it.

So in short, Foxy would probab win.
