I'm pretty sure you don't need permission since fnaf isn't owned by the creators of the songs, but don't quote me on that.

But still, the ones who created those fanmade songs are still caring to copyright it. Mostly from their partnerships the ones who's helping them doing it, and that is ScreenWaveMedia. I remember that Scott tried to solve this issue, but can't tell if he failed doing so or he just let it be.

1. Most FNaF music outside some for World and SL are stock music, so you're good for most of those (probably excluding "Don't Go" from 3 if you're monetizing the video since that track is not free) as long as you don't claim them.

2. The World and SL OST are fine to use as long as you don't claim them as your own.

3. Fan songs are fine to use, but give credit.

I also hope for the love of God you don't devolve into one of those ♥♥♥♥♥♥ SFMers who has about 10 ads per video and extremely low quality content to justify it.

You're supposed to credit the content creator by default, not doing that makes the situation worse.
And no, crediting does not give you a get-out-of-strike free card unless it's licensed under Creative Commons.
Nowhere does it specify the license, thus by law you must assume the license is "All rights reserved", which does not give you permission to use the content whatsoever.
