Well, Ennard (especially in the arms) looks to be rather scrawny. They probably studied the hanging bodies of the other technicians to get the proportions right. I do see a lot of parts, but I doubt they amalgamed their entire endoskeletons together. Just scooped one and it started taking bits and pieces of the others to complete itself. You do bring up a good point, as well, though.
In the main game he's like an 8 ft tall Animatronic, but in the cutscene he's like just wires, if he was just a bunch of wires while inside Micheal then in theory he could position himself between the organs that where left.
Also 1 more indication that it's Micheal inside Springtrap is how his voice turns robotic just before Springtrap shows up on the screen, which at least to me is another strong indication that they are the same.
Also, some very good points. Perhaps it was only the ribcage that was totally removed from Mike when he got scooped. Ennard made a human-like body so it could operate the scooper, then it just took all the important parts out and condensed itself into Mike's torso. This could also explain why we don't see a ribcage in Springtrap, despite the fact that bones take the longest to decay.
"Father...It's me, Michael...I did it... I found it... it was right where you said it would be. They were all there. They didn't...recognize me at first, but then...they thought I was you. And I found her. I...put her back together, just like you asked me to ("Her" being William Afton's daughter who gets killed by Baby). She's free now. But something is wrong with me. I should be dead, but I'm not. I've been living in shadows...there is only one thing for me to do now. I'm going to come find you...I'm going to come find you..."
And if that's not solid enough for you, than in Night 1, Baby says "I don't recoznize you...you are new." And later in the game, they start taunting you by saying things like "Isn't that why you came here? To be with here again?" Implying that they think that you're William Afton.
And if that's not solid enough for you, none of the other child's souls have a confirmed gender other than William's daughter, who is obviously female.
Scott said that when he adds the final cutscene we'll "see what becomes of Eggs Benedict."
It would be better if William was in Springtrap, Michael was the guard we play as in every game except 4, and that FNaF3 was the ending.
It fits the fnaf 3 minigames a lot more
Baby says: "I don't recognize you. You are new..."
Funtime Freddy says: "WELL, HEELLLOOO AGAAAIIIIIN!!!!" even though it's his first time meeting you.
It perfectly fits him saying "They didn't recognize me at first, but then, they thought I was you..."
With this, it could go either ways. He could be referring to what happened at the rental, or what happened during the minigames.
