Why does Funtime Foxy need to mimic parents' voices?

I haven't played this game, on PC or phone yet. But I have watched youtubers play it & seen some theory videos around. And one of the videos, shared the hidden abilities the animatronics have in their blueprints. And Funtime Foxy was to mimic parents' voices if I'm not forgetting. What's the value in that ability or any of their hidden abilities other than to trick the player to death, so Ennard can steal his body?

I get it, that the abilities were added to trick the player into the robot's bidding, & that their renting day time activities are nonexistent in the time the player gets to hang out at the factory. But in their rental day activities of being entertainers, how do their hidden abilities help them do their job?

Seriously, if I was a mother & my kid was having a party with the animatronics & one of the animatronics mimicked my voice to mess with my child, I'd be scared of hell by it! I wouldn't want my child to play with them anymore. Isn't that a parents' worse fear that their child could be taken from them & harmed?

I'm sorry if I mistaken the mimic voice ability to Funtime Foxy, if it isn't his ability. Please forgive me on that, correct me please let me know which animatronic has that ability if I was wrong. I'll edit this post when I get corrected. Be friendly please. And I haven't played this game on PC or my phone yet, because I'm still working on winning FNAF 1. I know it's been out for years, but Freddy is tough on night 5. I wanna play the games in the order they were released. So I don't know when I'll get to sister location, but I will.

Foxy has the ability to mimic voices so he can lure kids away from anyone else to capture/kill them, they were made to kill and capture.

Well the blue prints did show the animatronics were indeed for kidnapping children...so I guess it's most likely for kidnapping children. xD

The voice mimic function is to lure children away from anyone watching them so they can kill/capture them.

Well...think of it as this. A lone child is by himself wating for the party guests to call him to the other room to let him know the party is ready. Funtime Foxy comes along and hides in the shadows. He then alters his voice to the mom, dad, grandparent, whoever is in charge. When the unsuspecting kid gets up to go greet the parent, Funtime Foxy suddenly swoops in and.....you know...

I don't think the animatronics directly kill the child themselves.

Funtime Freddy and Baby are meant to hold the child inside of them, and the Scooper is very violent when taking out the endoskeleton. Robots aren't meant to feel pain, but Baby/Ennard is haunted by a child who was captured by Baby, and she says "The scooper only hurts for a moment."

It seems that they're meant to hold the child inside of them, and when they get scooped, it kills the child when taking the endoskeleton out.

Interesting. I thought Baby was the only possessed one. And I thought Ennard was a robot that all the animatronics built together to have another friend, but with knowledge from all of them. I think that Ennard stole the player's body at the end, & that he has Baby in his phone like a Siri kinda thing.

Ennard is mimicking baby's voice and ennard is all of the scooped animatronics combined together with all of the abilities the others have and he used the players body as a vessel and escaped as we see in the mini games

Ennard may have been his own animatronic before the events of the game, my theory post explains it.

I heard about Ennard doing all of that & escaping a few ideas ago. It makes more sense why all the other robots were already destoryed in the scooping room.

Yeah, I'm not sure. lol, he has free roam of the whole building. I don't know, I think there's a possibility he was built by the others. Maybe he was tired of pretending to be all the animatronics, so he tricked the player to escape.
