I miss the Good Old Days
Hello everyone, I've been thinking lately and I think at leadt a few of you have thought of this as well and asked yourself. Who missess the good old days? You know back in the days where communites were flowing with ideas, theories, and opinions. Where new memebers were joining with fascinating stories and even specialities. Where theorists, artist, and even devlopers were on the rise to creating masterpieces, some well known people and some not well known, some cool, weird, annoying, bad, and mature people. I miss the days where people could express what they wanted to ask, tell, and even show through this vast and mysterious community. I miss the days where we would create long lasting memories and share similarites and differences between friends (maybe fans if you're like those famous people). I miss the days were people always got on their computer, phones, or Tablets or check Scott Games every 2 seconds for anything new to pop up (people rarely do it today and I miss when they always used to do it. Like get up 4 in the morning and stuff).

There are a lot of things that I miss aobut the good old days. I miss everything aobut them. I mean these days helped start our stories and shape our stories here that told us who we are and put us as a little puzzle piece in the huge and ever expanding community from steam, to reddit, to youtube, etc. I mean it got us to connect to the series and some of the longest and most memorable Five Nights at Freddy's fans are from that time era. I miss those days because it brings back really good memories with friends and people like you. It got us to explore, create, understand, and meet new and interesting people. I like it because it got us together.

Do you guys miss the gold old days? What do you miss about it? Thanks for reading. I hope you all enjoyed. Remember, "tomorrow is another day".

It's kinda sad that the first week of FNaF1 published on Steam, everyone on the Steam community and in the discussion page were so nice and questions a lot of things. Now it's just gender debates (if that still a thing), ships, haters and a lot of ocs.

I missed where back I was so hyped getting to see the teasers for FNaF2 on Scottgames, people making theories about it were really interesting and hyped me out. Most theories now are just ridiculous and absurd.

I agree with you. Those were the days when the cringey people didn't discover it. Now they have and a ruining some parts of it. Even the theories were well made because anything was possible tbh. Now it's just a little off track (btw my thoeries arent' cringey are they?) Anyway, I totally agree with you.

I don't mind there being younger people in this fandom, but dang it got really far. I remember when the YouTuber iHasCupquake made a video on it, and I almost threw my laptop when I first saw Foxy's jumpscare. I miss discovering the Living Tombstone songs. I miss the hype I felt when I saw the FNaF 2 Teaser Trailer, refreshing Scott games, playing the demo with my family which really brought us together that day, etc. I miss when we could have opinions, and not be treated awfully for having opinions. I can't stand this fandom sometimes now, that's why you rarely see myon here anymore, but I still do cherish a few reminiscent parts of it. Scott is working on new projects though, and I am still indeed hyped for whatever he has in store. We need to make a megathread over this.

Yes. I too remember how I jumped a little when I got scared by the Foxy jumpscare. It felt good. The livingtombstone songs were great. The fandom has now gotten a little more darker. People here have come and gone over the past years and months. I do still like those good moments that we all had. But anyway, I do also cant' wait for those projects to come out.

While I won't say I miss the good ol days of FNAF because 2014-15 were the most hellish years of my life, I do miss that hype I got when the second game had its first teaser, then the bonnie and foxy teasers and the trailer. Especially that trailer. I don't remember a time during the worst years of my life when I was more hyped for something than for FNAF 2 and 3. Like I said many times before, I have no idea if I'd even be here now if FNAF hadn't came to be, so I'd like to thank everyone from those times for helping me get through it and morphing me into who I am today. :happy_creep:

No problem. I guess that's a good thing that you are okay and that we helped you so those are some good old days that we helped you out on.

I'm sorry for whatever it was that backfired on you in life, but I'm glad you're okay now! :)

Well honestly in the old times, the fandom was almost like nowdays.
R34,OCs, unprobable theories (like Foxy good guy), believe in something fanmade(Sparky), gender debates, ships ecc.... was the same as today.

The only big difference was that people didn't care about them or didn't know that they existed.
Instead nowdays if you said something, even just your opinion, some people will start complain about it.

I know what you mean, I miss the good old days too, back then i wanted to know everything about Fnaf, and now that i do...It`s just "Meh" now, there aren`t any new theories to come up with, "Sister Location" Almost ruined the lore for me cause it was SO CONFUSING!! (This little quote will probably sound familiar to a few of you, but still) At this point, i don`t know what Scott`s plan is for this Franchise

I miss the good old days. Not to throw ♥♥♥♥ at Scott but I miss the days where the theories were actually plausible. Now it's all mushed up into crazy storyline mess.. this is why I don't want another FNaF game, I don't want the storyline ruined more.

FNaF changed my life... those were my good ol days

Well, I do too.

I remember when it was only Fugitoid, SithCrafter, Pinky, BrandoGaming (he left steam,) Mr. BlueBon (he doesn't like Five Nights at Freddy's anymore,) ProPlayer, Ruark, and Plushia.
But sadly, now there are people from the YouTube community. I saw posts like "what are your favorite FNaF ships??" Hate to say it, it's really disappointing to see what this community has turned into.
