Why did Ennard need you to escape?

I think I know a good answer to this question, But i'm curious to know what everyone else thinks about it.

Anyways, Im sure someone here thought that Ennard stayed in your character as a flesh suit forever. Well, In my opinion, that wasn't the case.

If you remember the final Minigame cutscene from the custom night, Before Golden Freddy mode, Your character throws up the peices of ennard, and they land in a sewer.

This leads me to believe that you were just there to be a "Getaway driver."

They only used you as a way to escape, leave the body, and roam free.

I think for two reasons:
-They wanted freedom (they have it, especially now that are somewhere in the sewers)
-They wanted revenge against Afton (Well indirectly or not, they'll have it)

There sounds like there's some level of regret on Baby's part over what she and the others have to do to escape, and her promise to Eggs that he "won't die" sounds genuine. So maybe they only used him as long as they needed to before (sorta) "setting him free."
