Powerleveling to 40?
Where would be the best place, perferably not Lost Cave to grind from 30 - 40? I finished the game at 34 but the game doesnt let me reload with my end game team so I'm stuck before going to the last area.

Perferably a spot without a lot of blur/mirage enemies.

Side note for the devs, are there any plans to have the game load just before the last dungeon with your completed party levels?

I never leveled to 40 myself, but I know a lot of folks have. Hopefully they can chime in. I'd reckon Lost Cave would be your best bet. You can deal with blur/mirage by using attack items. They'll never miss. Upcoming DLC will add some more versions of those as well. Maybe one day we'll finally integrate the Taunt tweak where it removes Blur as another effect :).

Not sure I understand this question:
"Side note for the devs, are there any plans to have the game load just before the last dungeon with your completed party levels?"

For example, I went into the last dungeon at 30 and finished the game at 34. From what I understand once you reach the final boss, you can't get out.

I was wondering if you either could get out (haven't backtracked but I recall jumping off a 'no way back' ledge) or once you beat the game you could get tossed back to the entrance of the last dungeon with your levels and items from there dungeon.

So in this case, I could go finish the powerlevel achievement at 34 instead of having to use a save file from the start of the dungeon.

I didn't know attack items went through blur, thanks Tyler!

Also, love the game and can't wait for the DLC! I'm a big fan of Mystic Quest (even though it gets some hate from th FF community) and SoA gave me a lot of childhood nostalgia. Started it Saturday morning and played it straight through. Haha. :steamhappy:

Thanks for your kind words! I see your point about the backtracking. Hmmm, maybe once DLC is done it's something we could look into. Backtracking is difficult coding wise with minecarts, but perhaps could be some sort of easy teleport to and from the end of the dungeon back to the beginning. Lots of edge cases to address, so no promises, but I definitely hear ya!

In DLC, we'll have a NG+ option which will allow you to restart the game with all your post game equipment. Also, we'll have an artifact crafting Forge so you can combine the powers of multiple artifacts. Much more as well :)

Glad you enjoyed it!
