Is there a game like twisted system for Fuzion Frenzy?

Hello, does anyone know if it has a coordination game like either jump or duck for an ongoing non-stop running game?

The closest game mechanically would be Wacky Whale shown at 0:23 in the video here https://youtu.be/XAA0KsvouZ0?t=23 where you have to mash A to run and move left/right to avoid getting pushed back by the boxes.

I see thanks for the reply. It would be so cool if you guys came up with a similar idea as this one, sumo and this mini game were the most played back in the days between my family and friends.
